The Santa House
Bridgeport Village came to the HBA with a seemingly simple request: Build a temporary house for 10,000 visitors to sit on Santa’s lap during the holiday season. Undeterred by the long list of challenges, the PRO decided to take on the project and began months of soliciting material and labor donations.
Designers Linda Blackwood and Louise Farrar-Wegener, and Engineer Andy Stember dedicated over a hundred hours to creating a design
that would obtain approval from both Bridgeport Village and the City of Tualatin.
